Vendors usually set up on Friday nights. Saturday morning by 8 a.m. it is open for business.
Vendors will sell you any time if you have cash. But policy states no sales until 7am Saturday. Best time to shop is 10am or so. Everyone is usually set up by then. And the food is ready by lunch time. You should be about half way through the market by then.
You can buy a spot and set up as a vendor Friday night . I don't know exact times .
I go on friday nights but they arent always set up completely
