I was so impressed when I got here. It's professional but relaxed.The staff was on their game and helpful but still looked like they enjoyed their time, I was very comfortable all around. And the number of products and discounts beyond amazing. I hope every visit goes so well!

The past 3 times I've been here I have wound up waiting over an hour an each time they messed something up. The quality keeps going down while prices skyrocket. The people working aren't as nice an have been rude with me for being upset about the waits or constant screw ups, right now I've been outside for an hour an they had to take the bag back inside because they overcharged us again. Some of the staff are amazing, but there are a few that make the whole experience miserable, especially when they keep messing up an being rude when people react. I would also appreciate it if curaleaf employees quit taking extra money off my card, the last 3 times I had $40-$80 more than what was needed pulled off my card an they just handed it to me an said whoops like that makes it OK to do. If I'm paying this much money a year to be able to us this stuff legally how bout we get our money's worth an get it figured out. If this keeps happening eventually someone's going to freak out or go nuts an it will be too late. You guys send people away cussing an angry constantly it's only a matter of time.

Hands down the greatest group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. By far, the best part (aside from the obvious) about Curaleaf is the wealth of information available when trying to pick just the right combination of delivery systems that will address the most difficult of my ailments. So glad I finally got off the spaceship and set foot on this plane . . .
