My neighbor has called police 7 times since March saying he smells Pot from my apt. Police confirm they dont smell it everytime. No smoke of any kind is ever in my apt. I have COPD. What can I do?

The scent could be traveling through the vents. Even though you have the right to smoke it(which I'm assuming you have a card), if someone else can smell in the apt it could be considered a public nuissance
