I am going thru the same thing. They are in different foster homes. We can't have visits and we dont know where they are. DCS of hilarious county have all lied and lied about everything. I really am afraid for all 5 of my great grand kids. No one can help now

Get an Attorney first. There is no transparency, although they pick and choose what they want to do on a case-by-case basis. DCS could immediately seize the children (without a warrant) if they believe the birth parents abandoned them. (if that is the case). DCS should not be trusted and neither should the Attorney General. They will most likely require you to go through an adoption agency and become a foster parent first. Then the adoption agency will require visits in your home for many months. Some judges in Arizona have refused children to stay with extended families simply because they have a minor police record or a bad credit rating. DCS has labeled children "adoptable" and is one reason why Greg McKay and DCS are being sued in Federal Court. Do not trust DCS, as they have been known to transport children for the purpose of exploitation. There is a lot of profit and Federal dollars involved with adoption. I wish you the best of luck.
