Publix does. But you can do it yourself, it’s very easy. Go to a Publix store bakery (call before as some don’t have a sugar printer) with the photo you want to use & they will print it on a sugar sheet for $8. Make sure it is wrapped carefully & lies flat. If you need to cut/crop the photo it will only be pliable enough to cut at room temp. But be careful as the sugar will tear easily. Lay the sugar photo flat in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before placing on a cake. Freezing will release it from the paper. When ready to place on a cake (make sure frosting is soft, not frozen) carefully slide photo off the paper onto the cake. If it won’t release, shake it slightly, & carefully. Photo should release & it will slide easily once released from paper, so be careful it doesn’t slide off the paper & break. Once placed on cake, press lightly into frosting, not too hard or it will crack. When done, frost a border around photo edge. It’s a lot easier than it sounds, I swear! Good Luck!
