Yes. I always get the black card. It is now $120.00 per year. However, I do most of my shopping and gas at Costco so it usually pays for itself on the % cash back for what you spend. The standard membership is $60 per year. This past year I earned $110.00 in cash back. I visited about once every other week and filled my tank and spent about 175 bucks per visit.
