You may be able to find gyro meat at the commercial Costcos. I know there is one in Orlando and Tampa. In the Ft Myers area you would need to go to butcher or specialty shops like Mario's or Paisanos.

Meat at COSTCO IS Restaurant grade. The type of meat is determined by the demand. I have not looked for or noticed gyro at Costco. I suggest you I quire at a specialty butcher shop.
