No. Most do not. Cats need to scratch, provide appropriate materials for that and you dont need to put your cat thru surgery.

State of Florida working on passing a bill to make it illegal. If you're thinking about declawing a cat, you dont need one.

No they dont .Declawing is inhumane.The vet stretches cats paw out and removes from first knuckle up.Scratching post and rubber tips fir nails are alot safee.

Thank you for educating people about declawing. It also causes pain and mobility issues because cats walk on their toes. Please don't declaw!
