My rep Keegan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, the whole staff was. Another man by the name of Ben was helping a customer next to me and I was really impressed by his customer service. I went in on a Sunday at noon when they opened to get a new iPhone and despite the process taking a bit longer than expected (due to no fault of the store - Apple’s update process is just long) I didn't feel like I was there forever because everyone was friendly. We even shared a few laughs with the other customers. I would recommend this store and employees to anyone.

We had a great experience w/ Ben & Kegan at this AT&T Store. They were both patient and kind - answering our questions and even staying a bit past 6 to complete our sale. Upgraded my mom's iphone and plan - all while saving money monthly. We then transitioned from DISH to their new streaming service. Much easier remote to use and easy access to all our channels and shows.
