They do have a vegetarian option. It's a vegetable broth. It would be vegan if you didn't order anything that violates the restrictions. It is not listed as vegan, but you could definitely do vegan just order vegetarian broth.
The menu is on the tablet you order from. Broth options are not vegetarian to begin with although they do have many veggies/ vegan options on items to put in the broth.
I don't believe either of their broths are vegetarian. Which is the whole point of hot pot
You can do all veggies you order what you want so. Im guessing yes on the vegan
