They do have a vegetarian option. It's a vegetable broth. It would be vegan if you didn't order anything that violates the restrictions. It is not listed as vegan, but you could definitely do vegan just order vegetarian broth.
Yes, they have rice noodles, which are naturally gluten free. Plus all the fresh veggies are a great way to fill your pot.
