Heck we can't get them to ring our merchandise up,it's self service with higher prices,,u think they going to care about customers..heck 19 police stood behind safety of a door at a school recently while children bleed who shore to serve and protect.dobt think Walmart is going to care about us..

And I need to buy this particular cat food they are because it is cheaper and always there. And I shouldn't feel like I can't go in there and do this. I will also go in the store and try to find out the names of the individual who I reported it to. I called the phone number for corporate and nobody ever had a courtesy to call me back
I was hurt there on faulty display. And they didn't take it down. But because I didn't break a bone
I was just at this location without any issues. If that was the case, take the time to write directly to the C.E.O. ( I believe is Erik Scmidt) and file a complaint. Failing to maintain a safe environment for both customers and employees by management should result in termination and improved training.
I found the store to be in order, stocked shelves and pleasant customer service. Was some cultural and language issues but was overall ok. Sorry that you felt disrespected and ignored. As a fine Black woman, I know what that feels like. Let's try to make a positive difference together. Let's start by greeting, respecting and supporting each other.
