No. Those who work on West will use that entrance/exit. Those who work on East will use East entrance/exit. However cell phones are only allowed at East/entrance cafeteria so some employees will use East doors even though they work on West. Other factors could be the employee mod/side may not have anywhere for the employee to work , so u might end up on the other mod. So now you might use a different exit

Depends on what side they are working but majority time people go to the west exit... it always helps to confirm before you arrive for pick up
