You can't call them, until after your start dat, because you need ur login name. Sometime it takes a while for them to get a group together for training, so it take a little longer for u to get a start date. 2 week wait is not uncommon at all.
Mostly you will hear from them very soon background check and drug test takes time as soon as All clear they will contact you
