Jennifer is correct. Also there are 2 express packages you could choose. They are a little cheaper and you ride in the car through the wash. They still hand dry it after but no interior cleaning is done. As it is cheaper. Great wash. I go all the time
Process as in, pull up, pick your desired cleaning package which the list will show you what's included. Then you get out your car and walk thru mini store area while your car goes thru the machine and at the end they will finish your car with your chosen package details.
