Call durning business hour be patient keep trying. I have never had a problem calling Webster..Palmyra is another story
Did you call their main line? I will see what I can do. I don't work there, but know them super well.
Sometimes they are slow getting back to you because they are busy. I've never had them fail to get back to me after a day or two. Good luck.
