I lived there for 2 years I had no problems fast maintenance service either the same day or next day when you call.
Yes. My friends had somebody try to break into their car once. But that can happen anywhere. I was also told that there is some security at night and what not.
Yes. I have lived here since May 20 2017 and nothing bad has happend to me yet and I have not heard anything bad happening to my close neighbors.
