No don’t waste your time. They will turn you away if you have kids or are disabled. Don’t trust them. Go anywhere else
Of course they will not refuse to help. If it's a life risk situation. Explain to anyone needy!

Theres a process, you have to go through admissions process, they will place you in a hotel until there is space available at the safehouse location. They are always there to assist you. Especially with children.
