Are they having issues with prepurchase ap? I'm trying to buy tickets for Fri showing, afternoon, jumanji. Can't reserve for anytime. Have a hard time believing they are sold out

I had the same problem, then I realized I was on fandango. You have to be on their app.

Ive never had a problem however make sure your on there app not fandango
