If you take rhe Regional Rail you can get to the university city stop and the building is right across rhe street.
You can get the 21 bus and get off at 34th chestnut or 42 bus on walnut and get off at 34th street. If you get the train you should be able to get off at 34th and walk down to the Perelman building it about 2blocks but you are right at the hospital. Hope that answers your question.
