What all are included in the New Year's eve celebration? Do I have to pay for skates and admissions separate?

So from what I understand from their website, there are two "Parties on Ice" skating sessions on New Year's Eve. One from 5-8pm and one from 10pm-1am. Tickets include food, drinks, entertainment, party favors, view of the fireworks, etc. Unfortunately, Skating Admission tickets are sold out for both sessions. All that is available are their Spectator Tickets which includes the food and such, but no skating admission.
