Call the Circuit Clerk's office during office hours at (815)334-4190 so they can look up your case and tell you specifically what is required to satisfy your ticket and get your license reinstated.
Pay the fines and show proof to the dmv. If u want your license back faster u might have to get a ride to Springfield? My friends have had to do that in the past. Ask at the dmv to make sure they haven't changed things now
