Yep! Their ammo is priced very reasonably if you forget to bring your own or you just need some more because your having so much fun.
Yes, you can bring your own ammunition, but if you want to rent a firearm you have to use their ammunition. I rented a CZ P-10C and just paid $15 for a box of 9mm 50 rounds.
