I love the fact that you do not have to listen that "Hold Music" while waiting to be connected to the next available agent, because there was no wait time. Pam Scales was the person that I worked with and I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. She answered all my dumb questions as well as looked up all my medications and prices for next year. She's very friendly and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Every time I have called in the past, it's been a pleasurable experience. That's why I love doing business with smaller local companies.

I received a call back from Lashawnda concerning my claim I had, I have never in my life experience the care she had for me. LaShawnda made me feel like one of her family members my claim was sent to collections but because Lashawnda made the phone calls and spoke with my primary doctor and talked to quest they were able to get the claim fixed. I was in tears after speaking with Lashawnda she was the kindest soul to me. Thank you if you ever see this Lashawnda that company is lucky to have to you my love.

Hello Linc, As long as you are a resident in our service area, you would have emergency and urgent coverage on any of our plans in Florida. If you choose one of our PPO plans, you could access more benefits with our Out-of-Network option. If you are a resident of Florida, then you would not be eligible for coverage under our plans. You just show your card to the facility of your choice. Some have indoor running tracks, swimming pools, fitness trainers and other classes. My fav is Ryan Family YMCA for the heated pool and water aerobics!
