Get there an hour before they open. So around 10am.
Everytime I've been, there's been a line, so I would just be prepared. To be honest, if there's not a line at a BBQ place it makes me a little leary.
I have only been there twice. But on a Saturday I would get there between 5:30 and 7. The wait will not be to bad.
6-7 because the line is long but we waited approx 30mins. Worth it
And the 5 lbs is a great bargain if you eat alot $75.
An hour before it opens is good. People start lining up 40 minutes before hand. But if you want to get 5+lbs of meat, you can skip the line.
