Ribs tasted old and dried out and the salad with 3 meats had more meat than lettuce...all you needed was some bread to make a few sandwiches...it tasted like nothing but meat i hardly saw any lettuce at all....

I was raving about the food to my frat brother who was in town looking for some good bbq. Said they were out of ribs and drummies. All they had available was chicken, links, brisket and it was mediocre at best because it was close to the time they close for the day. Now my food reference abilities are under scrutiny! C'mon Clarence, we need you to represent bro!
Yes, Shak has it's on dry rub, created in our kitchen, Memphis all day, every day!!! Mustard is the base flavor for potato salad and coleslaw in Tennessee,not mayo like Texas!!
