They sat us down and waited 10 minutes that's unacceptable

We didn't have a problem when we were there. Give them a second chance; they may have been understaffed.
I have found that if you wait a moment when you walk in, they recognize you and you don't have an issue. Old or new owner.
Give them a second chance, Tom. I've never had an issue - and it's all MUCH better with the new manager/owner.
