Yep. They are Super busy because the are an AMAZING VET clinic. Dr Pipes is EXTREMELY Good at what he knows & does for the animals!!!! Wish I found them 18 years ago when I moved here. Glad to have them carring for my fur babies.
Keep calling but if that doesn't work you should give it a break and try again or take the questions in to the office itself
