I have been with them since they first opened up. They are very compassionate and helpful in the mourning process. To answer the question, your precious pet will be taken to another place and cremated. This is done in a few days. Then returned to the country brook, in a very lovely cedar box with the pets name and date. The cost is cheaper than any other places. I am sorry for your loss of your family's member thinking of you. 😪
They don't do the cremating but they work with a cremation center, you just give them the information about your baby and they'll give you the pamphlet for pricing. I'll be praying for you and your sweet angel 🙏🏼
