Totally agree the bums are like cockroaches every where in both parking lots, they are trying to get drivers to park in the spots they are holding then trying to charge the drivers for the spots. One just stopped and asked me to charge his phone. I'm afraid to leave my truck to go buy or shower afraid my stuff will disappear.
