Some of the flying J African American employees are really rude to customers.and security is on their side. Be careful when you are here. A very ghetto place.

Never seen this typed of behavior from any employees that works days nor night shift. Most has a smile 😃 when ready to check out. Even the security just might say hello to you.

I am sorry you feel that way I work for Flying J I am not African American what I am does not matter I will say that if your problem happened overnight to night I can say the lady was alone trying to do her job as her Co worker had an emergency with their child what I am asking is please have a little compassion & respect for the worker as if you knew the treatment we get from SOME of our customers & truckers that come in demanding what they want when they want it rather it can be done or not The security team is there for our safety which at times it is very necessary we get called names some customers are very aggressive, disrespectful from the start but we try to put a smile on our face and wait on them anyway with respect to them as far as the place being a ghetto I will disagree with you it is not in the best location however it serves a lot of people that is greatful its there and disagree with your post so I hope your day will be a better day .
