The "Daily Grade" is from Australia, and so doesn't have the same brilliant jade green as our "Ceremonial Grade" Matcha that is sourced from the rich volcanic fertile soils of Japan and better drying methods of the Tencha leaf to preserve color. The matcha in our 40 gram "Matcha Memoirs" tins and all capsules ("Matcha and TuMatcha") is the higher ceremonial grade and both grades are 100% certified organic.
Ceremonial is handcut, everyday is gound/milled.
