Service is good, sales is terrible. I got the runaround trying to buy. I went out of town to buy. Less hassle, upfront pricing.
I agree. We got an sales rep to agree to a lower price by only $500 but then his coworker emailed me a price lower than That by $400. After numerous phone calls and emails they ignored us and just assumed we would still be interested! We went out of state and go an even better deal by getting over $2000 off the exact same model. I'm not recommending this place or group to Anyone!

I totally agreed! Mine was the sales manager. I talked to him (Shawn) for 30 minutes explaining to him my situation, needs and expectations. Told shawn I was taking a day off from work to drive an hour and a half to purchase. I arrive and the vehicle is title new but not mileage new as it had almost 1000 miles on it, 3 scratches down the side, dirty interior and a very large (4.5 inches) scrape down the front bumper. I specifically asked him if the vehicle was new and about the miles and Shawn the sales manager lied to me... The drama and B.S. went on for an hour before I had enough and left! Shawn gave no care at all and actually seemed bothered that I wouldn't just shut up and buy it. I don't know how they survive with this attitude and business ethics. To the Owner, it's time to clean house! I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them if I was using your money! Buyer beware these negative ratings and comments are not by chance this dealer has significant work/sales culture issues...
