Yes they do allow dogs on the outside patio. I take my rambunctious one there at least every 10 days or so. Always get a bowl of water and depending on the waitperson so goodies from the kitchen. Mine likes to scare off birds and other critters so I spend some time calming her. I try not to go during lunchtime.
