I would like to take the time to apologize for our inconvenient service. Back in December I had transferred to this mcdonalds as the closing manager. I am new to this area and of course I'm new to the crew as well. I came into a store that does need improvement. I can honestly say we are slowly getting better...it's going to take alot of my time and effort to get my crew on the same page. As far as order accuracy...we do strive our best to make sure your order is correct. We also do our best to make sure your food is fresh! If I'm asking a guest to pull forward or have a seat...yes I'm cooking your food fresh! If I won't eat it, my customers wont eat it! I just ask for a little patience! I enjoy my customers and I look forward to seeing yall soon!!
The wsit on something for over 20 minutes is uncalled for . I understand what your saying but You know as well as I it doesnt taje that long. The lobby was full of people waiting longer than that as the drivethrough kept rolling. Management should get out of thrir chair and assist and place the team where most needed at the time. Thank you!
Well, not to defend mcds because they've certainly fell short on more than one occasion but it depends on what you get and the time of day. Ex: my son loves sausage mcmuffins, even though now offered all day they arent ready to go. We are almost always told to drive ahead and wait for fresh ones. So if it's the middle of lunch time and I order breakfast, that's not something they're cooking a lot of at the moment so I wait longer.
Typical service from ALL McDonalds. And do not try try to use their App. It will fail and the Manager will tell you it's not their fault and cannot help you resolve it even if they read the deal
Sorry to say, but most drive through are quicker than sit downs.
