They have an app, but will complain when you put in a big order cause you “have to call ahead” then whats the point of the app???

Lazy. I've never met such lazy employees. Sitting in a chair at the first window, really? I had to climb halfway out of my truck window hand the employee my credit card just so she can comfortably remain seated in her chair. It's no wonder half of the employees are older and not very well off. Their poor work ethic put them there. So go ahead and read this review and disagree with me. Play the victim game like the rest.

Morning drive thru staff is great, after lunch it's all downhill. I would chalk it up to training the new staff but the competency of those training is very much lacking. Please note there is no partial payment option for mobile orders. After paying in the app and driving to pickup I was told I needed to pay an additional amount despite pulling up the order confirmation in my phone showing the mobile payment amount (which also showed up on the drive thru screen when they checked in the mobile order). After trying to show my confirmation receipt to the one training the new hire, she scoffed and said I was wrong, rolled her eyes and voided the mobile order. Never in the dozens of times I've used the app to order have I experienced an employee so rude at drive thru.

I would like to take the time to apologize for our inconvenient service. Back in December I had transferred to this mcdonalds as the closing manager. I am new to this area and of course I'm new to the crew as well. I came into a store that does need improvement. I can honestly say we are slowly getting better...it's going to take alot of my time and effort to get my crew on the same page. As far as order accuracy...we do strive our best to make sure your order is correct. We also do our best to make sure your food is fresh! If I'm asking a guest to pull forward or have a seat...yes I'm cooking your food fresh! If I won't eat it, my customers wont eat it! I just ask for a little patience! I enjoy my customers and I look forward to seeing yall soon!!
