Suzie handled our arrangement. I must say she did a fine job and we were happy with the entire experience.
Josh is the best!! Not sure what happened with your experience but I found them to be very nice and easy to work with. Salespeople get busy and do sometimes forget to call--thats with all dealerships tho. You might try calling them back.
It depends on who you talk to. Josh is nice to talk to. I have noticed that they have a habit of saying we will call you back the next day. I've been there 2 times and had the same response on both occasions.
