It is ridiculous that after waiting 20 minutes , I call the teller to ask.if there is an issue since I sent my deposit in 20 minutes ago to be met with a rude response back. It's always this way. I would definitely take my business elsewhere if I could

I am really getting sick of trying to call on hold exorbitant amounts of time 45 minutes just this morning still no one picks up. Are the phones off? I am getting ready to change banks. It's just ridiculous. The long wait times at the bank as well. Even if I am the only person at the window. I wait for them to enter the drive thru area to notice. It's just gotten so bad 👎!!!

Most of the banks closed at noon but landmark has the video teller in the drive thoughts from 7am-7pm
