I never like writing bad reviews, but unfortunately here we are. After waiting weeks to get a shipment that has been sitting in the Sherman location for at least a week, a scheduled appointment was finally set. The day we were supposed to receive the delivery, I decide to check online around 4:40 and it shows the package was returned. I called to find out why, the first rep said that she would gladly help. When asked if we could just pick it up, she said she would have to check on the contract with the supplier, but somehow hung up on me. The next rep thankfully was very helpful and informed me that my shipment was never loaded for delivery. After several attempts to speak with someone in the Terminal Dept, she was never able to reach anyone. Long story short, we now have to wait longer before we can even get our shipment. The one star was for the rep that actually tried to help.

A driver (truck #292307) on 380 crossed 2 lanes of traffic and nearly side swipe our truck while turning into a Walmart west of McKinney. If our driver was not paying extra attention, It would have had fatal consequences.
