The trampoline with the bands has a weight limit of I remember correctly. The overhead obstacle course has a height limit as in you need to be a certain height to do it and you need to answer a few questions related to heights.
Only age limit is on the obstacle course that is suspended in the air throughout the entire place.

Adults can play on every attraction. My daughter is 7 and was able to get on All of them except, the air obstacle course. That's only for 12yrs old and up and have to be in good physical condition.

Adults can play. There may be a minimum age limit though, but when I was there there were kids having fun as young as 10.
Adults can play too!! Just have to buy your ticket as well. If you don't want to play you can still sit and watch!
