You can get food good for keto anywhere. The best thing about Whole Foods is that the meats are without antibiotics and hormones which means they have little to no toxins in them, As far as bread is concerned, it is best to just eliminate it from your diet. If you have to have bread they have paleo bread which is low in carbs. If you want to go keto,, I can't think of a very better primary grocery store than Whole Foods.
Ditto what Thoth said. Plus, there salad/hot bar easy to do on Keto just keep an eye on ingredients. Most Paleo dies not fall within my Keto limits. They have great premade burgers, pork and chicken (be careful of fruit and sugar). I use Carb Manager to count intaje and track Macros.
