My entire mouth burns like I've eaten hot peppers if l use more than 3-5 lozenges a day. I use the "oil" in hot water & make instant tea. I use the lozenges in public when I can't drink my "tea". I don't smoke. Good Luck

No they dnt give u a stinging sensation. U let them dissolve under ur tongue.

They did not for me, they are meant to be taken sublingually, under the tongue.
