Hope it helps answer your question. Also, I can tell you from personal consumption and use that though the oil cartridges are "only" 70%, they really ARE much more potent than the ones I've tried.
It's there way of scamming us. For 40 dollars if you have a good connection that's made professionally you will get a one gram cartridge and it will be much stronger higher THC levels for half the price. I just won't buy there weak vapes here. It's ashame California has way better and stronger everything then they sell us here in jersey. And you won't be charged for more then your actually getting. I only use the dispensary for certain products when there's a deal because they are so overpriced and there bud is never 28 percent by the time you buy It. I think it's because they test it before they dehydrate the bud. The THC count drops when it's dried and the faster they dehydrate it the less THC.
Oil is much more-potent...a nug of 78% THCA is not as potent as same nug oil...oil U have to titratebthe puffs or "Couch Lock"
I believe it’s because every cart counts as 3.5/eighth towards your monthly limit
3.5 grams is over 1.5 grams of extract so i dont see how its not jacked up 300÷+
