As soon as you receive your MMP id call facility set up appointment. Compassionate Care in EHT next appointment was 2weeks away. I made it then called Belmar Curaleaf. They had next day available. Make sure you bring Drivers and MMP License and cash only.

Visits for Doctor's vary from 100. to 150. The Card is 200. Then the state wants their part of the money ending up costing a total of $300. For the card. At the Cureleaf Store they will only accept cash. The state doesn't know how to tax it yet so cash is the only form of payment. There is a Mac Machine in their lobby however. Hope that helps

You need to go thru a "pain specialist" before they'll see you. The "PS" writes the script you'll need. That's $100 cash each visit,. 3 visits minimum, unless you have an official disability or a veteran. Also, you'll need the actual card from the state. That costs as well.
