If not there, can be found at Specs Downtown main location. They have a fine food department. Have seen it there in the past. It would a great reward to tour self for a visit.

Not sure but a Mediterranean grocery store will have Rose water and other floral waters. PHOENICIA on Westheimer and Droubi's on Hilcroft.
