You have to have a NJ medical Marijuana card. Your regular nj ID will not be accepted at a dispensary in nj.. you have to apply for it and be approved by a dr. It's not recreational yet we need 2 more signatures. u can apply for the card here Www.njgreenmd.com

Yes, you can buy it if you have your ID card. First time visit has to be done by appointment only, after that , you can go anytime

They didn't legalize it yet, but yes you can go there. You need to be registered with them to be able to buy. Just like any dispensary in NJ.
