Medical marijuana is still federally illegal. There is a 20 percent, not 10 percent, discount if you are on permanent disability or Medicare. But there is no way youre getting free weed from the government.
No they don't, certain program's may help you get a discount but even after you are accepted and you pay what ever the cost is for you, you have to pay a fee every 3 months to keep your prescription...
If you have ssi you get 10% off now it was 20% but they dropped the prices some an now they only give you a 10% discount on everything in the dispensary i just left 10 mins ago even when its 100% legal it will never be free threw insurance paying for it meds that are still not recognized by FDA as real meds like every other state you pay out of pocket
