A few of the NJ dispensaries applied for the permit to sell vapes/oils/etc. Bellmawr just happened to be the first to receive theirs. They probably will all carry them eventually.
Because they're not all the same. Compassionate Care has partnered up with a dispensary in N. Jersey, and they have expanded their flower menu and pre-roll selections already...all in due time! Not a quick or easy process.
They need to manufacture and control quality. They are building labs. Compassionate told me originally February. But no promises
