Yes they will be able to purchase for you,
It is a process from what I'm understanding. If u already have a care taker u would need to go to ur Dr or to actual NJMMP (state) to register ur care taker. They mentioned it could take a few wks if not longer & ur card may be put on hold until they are approved. Still not sure if they could go for u or if u'd have to physically go w/ them.
