Only people with NJ Medical Marijuana Program identification cards can purchase in NJ.
You must have either your patient card or caregiver card and also register which dispensary you are using on the state website njmmp
Not from an NJ ATC dispensery, unless you are a caregiver though I am pretty sure they still have special identification.
